Bom dia!
As we say in Madeira...
I'm Service Designer, entirely in love with my job. I use Design Thinking in Role-Playing Games (RPG) and plan my friend's birthdays with OKR. Everything can be designed, and my everyday experience in this line of work constantly keeps me amazed and involved.
My favourite parts of the design process are active and imaginative research, boosting creativity techniques, big jump into ideation, and discovering users' paths and motivations.
Dream task: comprehensive Service Blueprint.
