Skills

I like to work in as many ways as I can. Some of the methodologies love more than others. Some parts of the process are my favorite and I treat them almost like a hobby.

Facilitation and team building

There is a strong correlation between how people in the team are connected and how they work with each other. I've based my facilitation process on the sense of humor, small similarities and constant small talks. Openness to others is one of the pillars of good ideation.

Reaserch

History was my first choice of higher education. Learning from the past is always connected with strong research abilities and constant verification of our assumptions. This ability I use in my everyday life and work all the time.

Visual Design

Advanced experience in UI and UX design, skills with Photoshop, Sketch, Marvel, etc. help me to communicate better with designers teams and collaborate in their work.
And helps making good looking presentations.

Knowledge about methodologies

A variety of projects gave me chance to adapt and learn new methods. I'm constantly looking for new knowledge, especially in cases as fascinating as environmental personas, Umami Strategy (by Aga Szóstek) or how to use negative emotion in favor to your projects.

Creativity

I study creativity, I practice creativity, I love to boost it also. Still looking for new techniques and methods. I engage myself in an inside project about creative ways of work in my organization. And, in my free time, I'm really into Role Playing Games and storytelling.

Empathy

Without empathy, there is no true understanding of users' experiences.
In UX Reaserch and Testing most of the information does not come from declarations and words. Ability to see other signals is a key.
